+ How do I get started?

I offer free 15 minute phone consultations so that we can learn a bit more about each other and determine whether we will begin working together. + Can I use insurance to pay for therapy?

I am affiliated with Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and individuals with a BCBS plan can utilize their insurance for payment. If you have another insurance plan, I can provide a superbill upon request. This may be used to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider. It may be helpful to contact your insurance provider prior to an initial appointment to determine your out-of-network benefits.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time by phone or email. If your appointment is canceled with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.

+ How often should I attend therapy?

Together we will tailor session frequency to your individual needs. Many clients meet 1x per week initially and then taper their frequency.
